Celes

Alright! A redraw of the older version of Celes. I actually don't have any background story for him yet and I've not really used him in any roleplays either, but he does have some personality to him. He's a very happy and enthusiastic man, very hyperactive as well. Although he's not the brightest, he always intends well even if it doesn't happen to be that way. The top hat on his head is a completely different creature all together and it makes him look crazy when he talks to the hat outloud, because the hat (in that form) communicates telepathically. So far as I've gotten with Celes, the only power that he has at the moment is the ability to fly via hovering.

Also an older drawing, so maybe he'll get an updated look if I start to use him more.
